1. Lifetime Warranty Against Termites & Borers Resistance
All solid wood furniture from DrHomeDecor comes with a lifetime warranty against termite and borer resistance.
2. DrHomeDecor also provides the following warranty:
The product comes with a 36 months warranty against manufacturing defects in materials that have been used.
The warranty does not cover damages due to usage beyond the intended purpose of the product and normal wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.
Fabrics, leatherettes and leathers, if used, will not be covered under the above warranty unless explicitly mentioned. Please refer to the care instructions to maximise the life of these materials.
Any modifications or alterations made to the products post purchase are not recommended and will void the entire warranty.
Items that come under fragile nature category such as mirrors and glass will not come under the above warranty. However, if the customer receives any damaged item, we will take genuine action and either replace the product or repair it after verification.
With time, solid wood may develop minor cracks known as checks. These are natural characteristics of wood and are not considered faults under warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of the product.
